1. Preheat the oven to 400°F(200°C) 2. Scrub the potatoes and place in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, leaving their skin on. 3. Now toss them in olive oil, sprinkle black pepper, salt, garlic, paprika. 4. Take a greased baking sheet and spread potatoes on it. 5. place them in preheated oven.
